So what is Chi Phi? The Nu chapter was founded on March 10, 1892. With Alumni including Walter Cronkite and William Byrd, a $2000 dollar semester scholarship, and a true sense of brotherhood, there is no reason to not give us a try.
Almost every brother describes himself as someone who "never thought they would join a fraternity." We are smaller in size, giving you huge opportunity for leadership positions and personal development. You make the fraternity into exactly what you want it to be.
So, please feel free to come out. Whether you want to join or not, we want to meet you and make sure you have a good time.
If you have any direct questions, please feel free to add me on facebook. I'm happy to share any information about what has been a tremendous experience for me.

Why Rush Chi Phi?
On a campus of over 50,000 students, it's easy to get lost, both literally and figuratively. Joining a fraternity can make it seem that much smaller. Your fellow fraternity men become Brothers in more than just name. The Nu Chapter of Chi Phi here at the University of Texas at Austin is a close-knit group of men who have come together through the trials of college life to unite in the bonds of Brotherhood. Joining Chi Phi means joining an organization that has existed at The University since 1892 and will continue to be here in perpetuity. Chi Phi offers you a chance to better the world and, in doing soon, better yourself. |
